Die Arbeit beschäftigt sich damit, inwiefern die aktuelle Vegetation des Nemerower
Holzes im Zusammenhang mit Standort, Waldnutzung und Geschichte steht. Um dieser Frage
nachzugehen, wurde eine Vegetationstabelle angefertigt und interpretiert, sowie umfangreiche
Recherchen zur Forstgeschichte Mecklenburgs und Nutzung des Nemerower Holzes in der
Vergangenheit angestellt.
