Aufgrund der Komplexität der Lebensmittelversorgungskette ist es schwierig, Lebensmittelsicherheit
und Rückverfolgbarkeit zu gewährleisten, was die Gesundheit und Sicherheit der Verbraucher
gefährdet. Es besteht ein zunehmender Bedarf an effizienten Rückverfolgbarkeitssystemen
für die Lieferkette, um die Sicherheit und Qualität von Lebensmitteln vom Bauernhof
bis zum Tisch zu gewährleisten. Hierbei kann der Einsatz eines Überwachungs- und Rückverfolgungssystems
bei Produktrückrufen helfen, Lebensmittelverschwendung reduzieren, die Quelle von
Kontaminationen ermitteln und das Vertrauen stärken.

Due to the complexity of the food supply chain, it is difficult to ensure food safety
and traceability, endangering the health and safety of consumers. There is an increasing
demand for efficient supply chain traceability systems to ensure the safety and quality
of food items from farm to table. In the food supply chain, using a monitoring and
tracing system can aid with product recalls, cut down on food waste, find the source
of contamination, and boost customer confidence.
