Abstract: Due to the complexity of the food supply chain, it is difficult to ensure food safety and traceability, endangering the health and safety of consumers. There is an increasing demand for efficient supply chain traceability systems to ensure the safety and quality of food items from farm to table. In the food supply chain, using a monitoring and tracing system can aid with product recalls, cut down on food waste, find the source of contamination, and boost customer confidence.
