Zusammen mit dem Grundbuch bildet das Liegenschaftskataster das Eigentumssicherungssystem
an Grund und Boden in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Speziell der Liegenschaftskarte
kommt bei der Erfüllung dieser Aufgabe eine wichtige Rolle zu.
Hinsichtlich der geschichtlichen Entstehung und Weiterentwicklung der Liegenschaftskarten
liegen diese heutzutage nicht in der von vielen Benutzern geforderten Qualität vor.
Im Land Brandenburg wurde daher im Rahmen des Gesamtprojektes Qualitätsverbesserung
im Liegenschaftskataster das Projekt Geometrische Verbesserung der Liegenschaftskarte
(Geo-QL) inszeniert.
In dieser Bachelor-Arbeit werden alle benötigten Grundkenntnisse zur praktischen Durchführung
einer Geometrischen Verbesserung der Liegenschaftskarte dargelegt und die Durchführung
einer Geometrieverbesserung anhand einer Flur beispielhaft dargestellt.

The cadastral register and the land survey register constitute the CAD system of property
in Germany. The real estate maps play an important role concerning the achievement
of this task.
Considering the historical origination and further development of the real estate
maps, they are not available in the desired quality of many users nowadays. On this
account the project "Geometrische Verbesserung der Liegenschaftskarte (Geo-QL)" in
the framework of the overall project "Qualitätsverbesserung im Liegenschaftska-taster"
was put into life in the German federal state of Brandenburg.
All the required knowledge for a practical implementation of a geometrical improve-ment
of the real estate maps are presented in this bachelor's thesis. The actual implementation
of a geometrical improvement will be demonstrated with the help of a sample meadow.
