Abstract: The aim of this elaboration is the image of the federal model programme "Knowledge of experience für initiatives (EFI)" in which a continuing education is integrated by senior citizens and seniors to so-called "seniorTrainerInnen" and in the years 2002-2006 successfully were tested. To the representation of the need of such programmes were predone information to the demographic change and the age education. Based on the describtion of the demographically conditioned social changes, a possible and successfully proven chance in explaining for the integration older in the society was succeeded.
