Diese Bachelorarbeit stellt das Qualitätsmanagementinstrument "Pflegevisite" näher
vor. Grundlegende Fragestellungen sind: Was ist derzeit unter dem Begriff "Pflegevisite"
zu verstehen? Welche Möglichkeiten bietet und welche Grenzen weist die Pflegevisite
im Rahmen der internen Qualitätssicherung in stationären Pflegeeinrichtungen auf?
Das Ziel ist es, den aktuellen Stand der Fachliteratur zu beleuchten und in die Praxis
zu übertragen. Auf der Grundlage einer implementierten Pflegevisite innerhalb des
Qualitätsmanagements einer Pflegeeinrichtung in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern wird untersucht,
in welchen Aspekten eine Anpassung oder Weiterentwicklung erfolgen kann.

The following Bachelor Thesis will present the instrument of quality assurance "nursing
visit" more thoroughly. The essential questions were: What is the current definition
of the term "nursing visits? What kind of possibilities and bounderies offers the
nursing visit concerning the internal quality assurance in the setting of geriatric
long-term care facilities? The course of action is to illuminate the current primary
literature and to transfer theory into practice. The example described is based on
the implementation of nursing visits within the quality management in a nursing home
in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. The aim is to identify possible adaptation or further
development.
