Die vorliegende Bachelorarbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Fragestellung "Welche Änderungen
in den Strukturen, der Organisation und der personellen Beschaffenheit sind nötig,
um das MTS in die ZNA am DBK zu integrieren?". Durch die Ergebnisse einer Literaturrecherche
werden die Rahmenbedingungen von Notaufnahmen und der Wandel der Notfallmedizin in
Deutschland verdeutlicht. Dem folgt die daraus abgeleitete Ergebnisdarstellung hinsichtlich
des strukturellen, organisatorischen und personellen Änderungsbedarfes zur Integration
des Manchester-Triage-Systems in den Arbeitsablauf "Walk-In-Patient".

This bachelor thesis deals with the question "What changes in the structure, organization
and personnel qualification are needed to integrate the MTS into the DBK´s ZNA?".
By the results of a literature research the environment of emergency rooms and the
shift of emergency medicine in Germany will be illustrated. This is followed by the
presentation of results regarding the structural, organizational and staffing amendments
which are needed to integrate the Manchester-Triage-System into the workflow "walk-in
patient".
