Abstract: Young well educated women have to decide on children or career. New family structures and the demanded flexibility of employees require new forms and times of care for children. Companies with their own development funds for kindergartens (with attended opening times) may show a new way. It is important to look at the welfare of every child, at the needs of families and at the quality of educational institutions.
