Diese Arbeit befasst sich mit dem Thema Saisonarbeitskräfte in der Landwirtschaft
in Deutschland. Es wird die Eckpunkteregelung des Bundesministeriums für Arbeit und
Soziales für 2006/2007, sowie die Erweiterung für 2008/2009 dargestellt. Weiterhin
werden die Leitlinien zur Vermittlungsförderung inländischer Saisonkräfte der Bundesagentur
für Arbeit beschrieben. Zum Inhalt dieser Ausarbeitung gehören zudem zwei Fallstudien,
die sich mit der Beschäftigung inländischer Arbeitskräfte in landwirtschaftlicher
Saisonarbeit und mit Saisonkräften in der Landwirtschaft bei oberfränkischen Spargelbauern
beschäftigen. Abschließend wird die Entwicklung der Saisonarbeitskräfte in Deutschland
und Mecklenburg-Vorpommern dargestellt.

This thesis is about seasonal workers in agriculture in Germany. It describes the
regulations of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affair in 2006/2007, as well
as the extension for 2008/2009. Furthermore, it outlines the guidelines of the Federal
Employment Agency to promote the placement of domestic seasonal workers. Besides,
two case studies about employment of domestic workers in agricultural seasonal work
and about seasonal workers at asparagus farmers in Upper Franconia complete the content
of this elaboration. Finally, it shows the development of seasonal workers in Germany
and in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
