Die Bachelorarbeit beschreibt zwei Verfahren zur dreidimensionalen Gebäudeaufnahme
und die Prozesse der anschließenden Visualisierung in einem CAD-Programm. Als Messobjekt
diente die Bethesdaklinik des Dietrich-Bonhöffer-Klinikums in Neubrandenburg. Zur
Erfassung der Objektpunkte kamen ein Ingenieurtachymeter (Leica TCRP1203) und ein
Laserscanner (Leica HDS6000) zum Einsatz. Die durchgeführten Schritte werden miteinander
verglichen und in Hinsicht auf ihre Genauigkeit und Wirtschaftlichkeit untersucht.

The bachelor thesis describes two methods for a three-dimensional admeasurement of
a building and the following processes of visualization of the data in a CAD program.
The device under test was the Bethesdaklinik of the Dietrich-Bonhoeffer hospital in
Neubrandenburg. For capturing the object points a total station (Leica TCRP1203) and
a laser scanner (Leica HDS6000) were used. The required steps are carried out and
compared in terms of their accuracy and economy.
