Abstract: This thesis is concerned analytically with in expierence mostly applied structures in after school care centres (closed, opened and halfopened after school care centre). For this purpose criteria were elaborated and put into operation by the theory of vita by Erikson and the social pedagogy of all ages by Böhnisch. With these theories the structures of after school care centres were analysed concerning its conditions for a positive socialisation of primary school children.
