In der vorliegenden Diplomarbeit wird das Betreute Wohnen für Jugendliche untersucht.
Nachdem die Entstehungsgeschichte kurz skizziert wird, erfolgt eine rechtliche und
begriffliche Zuordnung. Im Anschluss wird das kritische Konzept der Lebensweltorientierung
aufgegriffen und seine Relevanz für das Arbeitsfeld dargestellt. Die besondere Leistungsfähigkeit
wird anhand eines Vergleiches mit der konventionellen Heimerziehung aufgezeigt, bevor
Spannungsfelder des Betreuten Wohnens herausgearbeitet und hilfreiche Konsequenzen,
die im Rahmen des lebensweltorientierten Anspruchs Beachtung finden sollten, aufgezeigt
werden.

The following thesis analyses sheltered housing for youth. First, its history will
be summarized and then a legal and conceptual classification will follow. Thereafter,
the critical concept of the living environment orientation will be addressed and its
importance for the workfield will be presented. The particular effectiveness of this
concept is shown by means of comparison with conventional residential care. Then the
fields of tension in sheltered housing will be identified and helpful consequences,
under consideration of the living environment orientation, will be presented.
