Diese Diplomarbeit beschäftigt sich mit einer Freiraumplanung auf einer Abbruchfläche
in der Stadt Friedland. In der Arbeit werden folgende Themen behandelt: Kinder- und
jugendfreundliche Planung, altengerechte Planung, Einbindung von Naturraum und städtebaulichem
Kontext. Ein Teil der Fläche wird temporär geplant, somit kann dieser Teil der Planung
wieder abgebaut und an anderer Stelle wieder eingebaut werden. Die Diplomarbeit beinhaltet
auch einen Bebauungsvorschlag und einen Bezug zum historischen Zusammenhang der Fläche
(Sanierung der Stadtmauer und Ringstraße).

This written exam deal with an urban space planing on a demolition surface in city
Friedland. In this exam included following theme : kids and teenager friendly planing,
senior fair planing, inclusion of nature and urban structure context. A part of the
surface will planing as a temorary, this part can install also on another place. The
exam included also a building suggestion and a historacal relationship with surface
( renovation of the circular wall and the circular street).
